Our search ranged from Santa Cruz to Boulder Creek and Pete never hesitated when we would request to visit a property. On the rare occasions that Pete was unavilable he always made arrangements to have a co-worker of his available.When it came time to close on our house, his experience in the lending industry helped us navigage the overwhelming stack of paperwork we had to wade through.Even after the sale had completed Pete was responsive in helping tie up loose ends of the process. When it was time to sell my mom’s house in Capitola there was only one Realtor for us, Pete Pearson. He is very knowledgeable and always on top of everything. He had access to contractors to ready the house for sale. Pete is honest and went way above and beyond to help my mom.
